Design Masterbook is a digital product delivered electronically in PDF format. Upon successful payment, the Product is made immediately available to the Buyer via email and/or a direct download link.
Because this is a digital product that is instantly delivered and accessible upon purchase, it is not eligible for a standard refund once the download link has been issued or the Product has been delivered to your email address.
This is consistent with the standard treatment of digital goods under Indian consumer law. We strongly encourage you to review all product descriptions, included features, the FAQ, and all preview content on the Website before completing your purchase.
We stand behind the quality of Design Masterbook. If you have genuinely used the Product and found that it has provided you with no value whatsoever, we will consider your case for a partial refund as a goodwill gesture, entirely at the Seller's discretion.
To request a partial refund, email pritam@designmasterbook.com within 7 days of your purchase with the subject line: "Partial Refund Request — Design Masterbook". Include your full name, purchase email, proof of payment, and a brief description of why the Product did not meet your needs.
We will review your request and respond within 5 working days. Approval is not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
