All content within the Product — including text, design, illustrations, frameworks, checklists, templates, diagrams, and the compilation of synthesized knowledge — is the intellectual property of Pritam / Design Masterbook and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
References to third-party books, authors, tools, and methodologies are made for educational commentary purposes only and do not imply any endorsement by or affiliation with those authors or publishers.
The current purchase price is ₹499 (Indian Rupees) inclusive of all applicable charges, unless promotional pricing is in effect. International pricing may differ as displayed on the website.
Payment is processed through Superprofile (powered by Razorpay), a third-party payment gateway. By completing a purchase, you also agree to the terms of the applicable payment service provider. The Seller does not store your payment card information.
The Product is delivered digitally and automatically via email and/or download link immediately upon successful payment confirmation. If you do not receive the Product within 30 minutes of payment confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting pritam@designmasterbook.com.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Seller makes no guarantee of specific outcomes, employment, income, or professional results from using the Product.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, the Seller's total liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of the Product shall not exceed the amount paid by you (₹499 or international equivalent). The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
